Please use the Get IT Icon for support. This gives you instant access to all your support options at anytime, day or night. You can access the icon by clicking the red Get IT icon in your system tray, on your desktop, or in your Start menu. The Get IT icon is available when you are not connected to the HP network, as well as when you are connected.
